Yes, we love them!

If you are interested in creating a custom piece - big or small - we would love to partner with you to make your project a reality. 

So… how does it work?

Step 1

ANswer the following questions:

1. What do I want made (name, logo, image, map, etc)?

2.What size do I roughly want?

3. What stain am I looking for? check our FAQ page to see stain options.

4.) What is my budget and time frame?

5.) Do I have existing artwork to share (clipart, photo, illustration, sketch, etc.)?

Step 2

Shoot us an email at Calleeburnsdesigns@gmail.com with your responses from Step 1 along with any artwork you have and a brief description of your idea.

Step 3

Someone from our team will reply to your request with 48 hours of receiving your email.

Once the project has been discussed and the budget is approved we will begin the design process. When we’ve completed the preliminary design a proof will be sent out for you for review and approval.

Step 4

DesigN edits

Do you have edits to our design? No problem! As the client you are allotted 1 hour of design time for us to work out the edits. Edits exceeding 1 hour of design time may incur an additional design fee.

Approving the design

Approval is easy, once you're happy with the design send us an email approving the artwork and we'll get started with creating your custom piece.

Step 5

We’ll get to work

So, you approved the proof and sent us approval in writing, now we can begin creating your custom piece. Your project can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks for production, it all depends on the complexity of the project and client work that may be ahead of yours. You can reach out to us for updates via email.
